Pop Luck Submits Amicus Curiae letter to CA Supreme Court in support of Prop 8 challenges

The Pop Luck Club has submitted an "Amicus Curiae" ("Friend of the Court") letter to the CA Supreme Court in support of the challenges to Prop 8. The letter was written by Pop Luck Club member David Snow, father of an 18 month old son. The letter states, in part, that "Committed relationships serve as a foundation for many PLC families, and it is of the utmost importance to the PLC membership that marriage remains an option for same-sex couples...PLC strongly supports the position and arguments set forth by petitioners in the three pending cases...PLC writes to urge the Court to exercise its original jurisdiction to consider and decide this matter because of the paramount importance to the public."
